For over thirty years now, Laure Lons has been in charge of this beautiful restaurant in Foix, the city's oldest, and a favorite with locals and visitors alike at lunchtime. The plus points of this historic place: its large, warm and welcoming rooms for a cheerful meal, and its terrace overlooking the Ariège river and offering a beautiful view of the famous Pech.
