Restaurant with terrace and chef's menu offering original and creative cuisine

This establishment proposes an original and creative cuisine. The decoration is modern, bright and warm. The daily menus are varied and combine sometimes exotic flavors without forgetting the regional classics such as the duck breast and its home-made fries. The menu also proposes a surprise menu where the chef will concoct some specialities according to his products and his creativity. The plates are copious and tastefully presented. In the summer, there is a terrace in the pedestrian street. One of the few restaurants open on Sundays and Mondays.

Je suis désolé d'entendre que votre expérience au restaurant a été très décevante. Il est cher, le personnel a pris votre commande incorrecte, et le lieu est sale avec une température extrême. De plus, vous avez dû attendre 3 heures pour manger.

La experiencia fue tan decepcionante. Es caro, te sirvieron platos que no estaban en el menú, tuviste que reclamar los segundos y el lugar estaba sucio y muy caliente. Además, tardaste 3 horas en comer.

Excellente pause gastronomique sur le chemin du retour. Service et accueil très agréable, carte serree cuisiné maison. Un vrai bon moment culinaire dans la belle cité de Foix. Merci.
