MONSIEUR POKÉ

He's the third Monsieur Poké in the department, and his success in Foix and Pamiers (for non-Ariegeois residents) has made him a huge success. By the way, what is a poké? It's a Hawaiian takeaway bowl of marinated fish or chicken served with crudités and rice. A sort of super salad, but fragrant and tasty. Salmon, avocado, mango, fried onions, cucumber and soy sauce, for example. It's good, it's healthy, it's fresh, it's poké and therefore it's super smart! The little room is nice and bright, with a Californian surf vibe.
