TRAMWAY CHAPEL

This magnificent church is classified as a historical monument and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Restoration work on the roof has made it possible to confirm the pre-existence of the primitive Romanesque church within the architectural complex of the Gothic period. The existence of the sanctuary thus goes back to the beginning of the^2nd millennium and it has a superb enclosing portal dated from the 13th century. To see: painted exterior porch, fresco and motifs decorating the vaults and arches.
