Inn with terrace qualified as a gastronomic restaurant working with quality products
An inn that can be described as a gastronomic restaurant in the heart of the mountain, with a terrace with a panoramic view of the Bramevaque tower and the summit of the Pic du Midi de Bordes. Thanks to the talent of the chef Richard Michiels, you can enjoy farm eggs with morels and foie gras and a veal blanquette with ceps. Copious, delicious in a wonderful setting. Needless to say, these high quality products are fresh and local? The service is as good as the table. An excellent address in the Haut-Couserans.

Tout est bon et de qualité. Le foie gras est un délice. Le cadre est superbe dans la vallée de Bethmale. Belle terrasse fleurie (trop) proche de la route ce qui ne gâte en rien le magnifique panorama. Très souvent complet, hélas. Prenez vos précautions et réservez à l'avance.

Très bien accueilli. Terrasse très agréable. Rapport qualité prix très correct. Cuisine très bonne. Produits frais tout était très bon.
