A cosy, contemporary restaurant with a seasonally changing menu featuring dishes and desserts by the pastry chef.

Lionel and Armelle, members of the Collège Culinaire de France and the Club Prosper Montagné, welcome you to a cosy, contemporary setting with a menu that changes with the seasons. Enjoy a homemade terrine, for example, or a pan-fried snail with spinach and a creamy sabayon with alpine cheeses. We continue with a melt-in-the-mouth back of haddock, delicately spiced lemon hollandaise cream and vegetables from a potée. Then it's on to a cart of regional cheeses. Then a dessert from the pastry chef. A very fine address!

Nous avions réservé en catastrophe avec ma femme chérie. Roulant sous la tempête nous n’avons pas été déçus ! Une cuisine de terroir faite maison des plats frais bons et goûteux. Une bonne bière locale et du bon vin. Tout cela servi par des professionnels sérieux et aimables. Un vrai plaisir ????. Bravo.
Seule remarque minime à faire car il faut toujours progresser: le pain n’était pas croustillant, certainement à cause de l’humidité du temps.
