LA FERME AUX HERBES

Laurent Haltel cultivates medicinal and aromatic plants in total respect of the environment. He then transforms them by hand to produce herbal teas and decoctions, syrups (blueberry, lemon thyme, apple cinnamon...), jellies and jams (wild rose, mirabelles, mint...), herbs, oils, vinegars, balms, massage oils... A delight! He is also present at the Haut-du-Tôt medicinal plant festival, the Épinal organic market on Friday evening and the Remiremont Christmas market.
