Caroline and Jean Marc, two beers of beer launched in August 2013, their micro-brewery for the delight of fans of hop drinks. Their production is based on 4 ingredients: Vahl-lès-Benestroff water, barley or wheat Malta, hops and a little sugar. Their point of honor: never add adjuvants such as spices, fruit or extracts. And the result of blonde beers, brown, blunt, white where soft rhymes with flavor. They also produce season beers: Christmas, spring… Go to their shop, they will be happy to tell you the story of their beers… Good local beer tasting but with moderation…
