Ils sont très fort commercialement, avec de bons discours, de bons arguments, ça c'est sûr. Mais une fois passé le premier contact (pour ma part sur un salon), c'est une catastrophe ! Mauvais suivi avec plusieurs interlocuteurs différents à chaque rendez-vous (faux rdv car ils ne vous attendent pas vraiment...), BAT envoyés avec des fautes de français,délais pas du tout respectés (retard de plus de 15 jours pour plusieurs mois de projet) et en plus de cela ne s'en excuse même pas? Pour couronner le tout, la réalisation est de mauvaise qualité : découpage mal fait, pas d'encoches comme prévu, papier avec un grain différent de celui souhaité.... je suis hyper déçue et en colère. Bref, je peux aisément dire que de part mon expérience, faire part d'un jour strasbourg est un mauvais imprimeur.
