The Sheng Qi association offers Qi Gong courses, this traditional Chinese gymnastics close to taï-chi. They are given in Montigny, sometimes in the room, sometimes in the open air, in the countryside of the Europa-Courcelles park. The association is very active, and is also regularly organizing development courses spanning a whole day, usually on Sundays. Course and internship schedule is available on the Sheng Qi website.
