In the village of Montenach, not far from Sierck-les-Bains, and close to Germany and Luxembourg, the Val Sierckois has been a café-restaurant for 6 generations, or years of good and loyal services for meals of all kinds: weddings, seminars, groups, family meetings… It is also the perfect place for a pleasant stopover after a walk at the Naturelle Orchid nature Reserve. The typical Edwardian decor and the warm atmosphere of the places will make it easy to taste traditional homemade dishes inspired by their ancient recipes. The Val Sierckois offers you a changing map of the week, which still keeps its essential: smoked ham, black boudin, calf head, tournedos, breasts, steaks tartar; and more classical: pizza, bite to queen, tender and blue cord. All accompanied by the great pride of the region: fried potatoes. Note: sale of homemade sausages (ham, refrigerator) and Moselle wines, tourist documentation available.
