This cozy inn is a local institution, serving as a restaurant, caterer and reception hall for weddings and seminars. Traditional French cuisine is enhanced by the creativity of chef Denis Lallemand. Dare to try, even far from Marseille, this bouillabaisse revisited with rouille mayonnaise and Grondin croc baguette, redfish, scallops and shrimps or, on the autumn menu, this venison civet with trumpets of death, quince jam jus and Saint-Patrick du Castor, a local whisky.
