For the past 3 years, La Fée Maraîchère, whose real name is Florence, has been offering ethical jams and juices with original, tasty flavors. The principles of anti-gaspi, artisanal know-how and the circular economy have their raison d'être! It recovers unsold fruit to make jams and juices for resale by its partners. Original recipes include apple-pear speculoos, citrus banana, citrus carrot and red fruit/exotic fruit. La Fée is a peach of hell, and always a banana!
