La pomme rôtie, a family business for 9 years already: Blandine, Jérôme and Tristan, a passionate and close-knit trio, supported by a team that would like to grow even more. Chef Jérôme Gehbauer, who has been in the business for over 30 years, is lucky enough to work with his wife Blandine, and to have his son follow in his footsteps. Tristan loves this job, but it is pastry making that drives him. So he gives himself the means and regularly follows training courses with his mentors. His sweet delights can be taken away. It's a good table, with its simple and well thought-out creations, which invites you to share moments. By tradition, these roasted apples will be salted or sweetened according to your tastes!
