HAUTE GASTRONOMIE !
Si les touristes affluent à Bénestroff, ce n'est pas tant pour ce village un peu perdu que pour la Toque blanche ! Ce restaurant a été une belle découverte : le Chef a régalé nos papilles avec des Noix de St Jacques aux champignons, un Turbot pour Mme et un Filet de boeuf tendre comme du beurre pour Monsieur. Le moelleux au chocolat avec sa glace au yaourt (pour donner bonne conscience) et un râpé aux pommes pour finir en apothéose ! Le cadre est magnifique, le personnel de service très pro et avenant. La patronne nous a fait découvrir un vin blanc de Moselle pas trop sucré mais très fruité. Bref, rien à redire. L'établissement dispose aussi d'une partie brasserie où le menu du jour est proposé à 13.90€. Si nous n'avions pas 3/4 d'heure de route, je dirais "on revient la semaine prochaine... ". Du coup, on va attendre la prochaine occasion !
