The Auberge du Moulin is renowned for its traditional cuisine, rooted in the local landscape between gorges and canyons. Sophie and Didier Corriea's table offers a home-made cuisine, including pork liver pâté with juniper berries from the Causse, fresh crayfish à la Bordelaise and braised lamb sweetbreads, three of the many specialties offered on the menu. In short, real, homemade, natural without frills. The place is also a 3-star hotel offering ten rooms with a cheerful and warm decor, and at a reasonable price.

Très bon accueil . Très appréciable de manger en terrasse avec une jolie vue. Globalement satisfaite.

Cuisine qualité/prix rien à redire. Bravo aux serveurs très agréables, professionalismes assurées. Par contre la réceptionniste/patronne pas un seul sourire...Peut être au moment de régler ? Toujours pas !!!

Excellente cuisine, personnel aux petits soin pour ses clients. Plats du terroir tout fait maison, très belle terrasse. Pour passer un bon moment, à recommander.
