The Auberge du Moulin is renowned for its traditional cuisine, rooted in the local landscape between gorges and canyons. Sophie and Didier Corriea's table offers a home-made cuisine, including pork liver pâté with juniper berries from the Causse, fresh crayfish à la Bordelaise and braised lamb sweetbreads, three of the many specialties offered on the menu. Accueil chaleureux,service et personnel à votre écoute.Quant aux plats bons produits locaux et frais .Par beau temps ,déjeuner sur la terrasse ombragée donnant sur le Tarn, cerise sur le gâteau.
nous y revenons à chaque passage dans la région. La terrasse quand il fait bon avec vue sur le Tarn ....quoi de mieux
