The Auberge du Moulin is renowned for its traditional cuisine, rooted in the local landscape between gorges and canyons. Sophie and Didier Corriea's table offers a home-made cuisine, including pork liver pâté with juniper berries from the Causse, fresh crayfish à la Bordelaise and braised lamb sweetbreads, three of the many specialties offered on the menu. In short, real, homemade, natural without frills. The place is also a 3-star hotel offering ten rooms with a cheerful and warm decor, and at a reasonable price.

Un hôtel de charme d’excellente qualité, avec un emplacement de choix au sein d’un village magnifique.
On aurait juste aimé un sourire du patron, mais au vue de la qualité du restaurant( plats excellents avec des produits simples de la région), nous restons sur un très bon souvenir.
