Behind its facade of granite blocks, this 17th century farmhouse is representative of the traditional habitat. Florence Pantel uses her produce to prepare the daily meal, which consists of a seasonal salad, pie, gratin, meat dish with potatoes, cheese and homemade dessert. One comes to taste a real local cuisine through the unique menu of this gourmet stopover, in the middle of the Cévennes National Park.

Tous ont été enchantés. La cuisine familiale est excellente avec des produits de qualité. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable...avec en plus un cadre agréable et un service efficace et chaleureux.

Un repas complet et copieux pour nous grands mangeurs après 4 jours de randonnée ???? On recommande ++ ainsi que l’accueil par Clara la fille de la cuisto !! Merci pour cette bonne soirée
