Le Merlet is a charming family home, set against a farm, which offers various activities. In addition to the gîtes and guest rooms, the site sets the table every evening for its guests. Philippe and his daughter Perrine, who look after the place and the herd of sheep, offer a local cuisine: the meat is from the farm or from the neighbours, and the wine is supplied by friends from the Gard. The recipes are rather classic but their taste inevitably awakens wonderful memories. We recommend it!

Pour les motards et les cyclistes : 211 km de gorges du Tarn depuis Le Pont de Montvert jusqu'à l'entrée de Albi !
Table d'hôte sympa avec de la cuisine maison faite sur place avec des produits locaux.
