Christophe Lacombe and Christine Thalgott, coming from eastern France, took their brands on the high plateau of Margeride. They focus on welcoming you all year in the beautiful blonde room, and the winter near the fireplace. The objective is always the same: a good, simple and abundant market cuisine, highlighting local products and specialities from the department, Charcuterie, Charcuterie, tripoux, aligot, Aligot beef coast, salt. And in season, more original compositions based on wild herbs or fungi. In short, the true "mountain" kitchen. After a refreshing meal, the diners can be found in the cottages of the surrounding area, but also in the newly appointed rooms. The view over the Margeride is breathtaking.

Nous avons passés un très agréable repas en famille Noël dernier à la baraque des bouviers. Accueil très chaleureux, service très courtois et un osso bucco royal.
