Christophe Lacombe and Christine Thalgott, coming from eastern France, took their brands on the high plateau of Margeride. They focus on welcoming you all year in the beautiful blonde room, and the winter near the fireplace. The objective is always the same: a good, simple and abundant market cuisine, highlighting local products and specialities from the department, Charcuterie, Charcuterie, tripoux, aligot, Aligot beef coast, salt. And in season, more original compositions based on wild herbs or fungi. In short, the true "mountain" kitchen. After a refreshing meal, the diners can be found in the cottages of the surrounding area, but also in the newly appointed rooms. The view over the Margeride is breathtaking.

Pas eu le temps de goûter la cuisine arrivée à 12 h restaurant vide et le cuistot ou serveur regarde l'heure et faut revenir 15 mn plus tard dommage car avec le froid on aurait aimé s'installer en attendant et boire un apéro mais non ....

Du service à l’ambiance, en passant bien évidemment par la cuisine, rien n’a été laissé au hasard par la chaleureuse équipe de l’auberge pour nous faire passer un agréable moment. Si jamais vous passez par là, n’hésitez surtout pas à vous arrêter, je vous le recommande vivement !
