Marlène and Raphaël arrive from Var. Passionate about travel, they set their sights on this small hostel between Mende and Aumont away from the main traffic routes. That is fine. Raphaël has taken us into friendly and local cuisine on the menu: snails, persillade lamb chops, fresh saussice, duck magret and, finally, a delicious white cheese with grout of raspberry. The reception is pleasant on the sunny terrace.

I came here twice now, since I had promise to get there and quickly. Still bath. A meal on the terrace, the lovely company Raphael chef and his Marlène lady a few twenty minutes around eleven hours trento, and after a delight, super original fresh and pretty, the cheeseboard of the village - even, luxury. When your meal is paid, touch you do not even believe in it.
