Comfortably installed inside the building, or on its terrace with a view on the surrounding countryside, you will be able to taste an authentic and generous cuisine: an aligot masterly prepared and which "rubs" largely for the greatest pleasure of the guests, a truffle - terroir obliges -, but also the terrines of the buron and the beef "De Lozère", raised very close on the farm. The desserts are also traditional: fruit tarts, coupétade with prunes and raisins or flan, all home-made.

Première dans un buron... et j'ai vécu l'expérience dont je souhaitais au fond de moi !!!! Nourriture du terroir excellente, cuisinée en famille ainsi que le service, par le petit fils. On s'est régalé !!! L'accueil fût tout aussi exceptionnel, simple et authentique.
