Here you'll find locals, friends of the house, visiting guests and walkers all rubbing shoulders. Situated on the pilgrimage route, this is a family-run establishment offering good value for money. When you walk through the door, you're entering an authentic place where local cuisine is generous and delicious! And from May to October, the Buron de Born welcomes you with a superb view of the Aubrac.

Accueil tout juste correct. J'ai eu la "chance" d'être logée au centre du village, à l'Hôtel de la Route d'Argent où sont pris tous les repas (les autres hôtels sont assez éloignés à pied). La salle de restaurant était bondée à 19h45... j'ai dû diner en terrasse. Qualité du repas extrêmement décevante: la viande en sauce était plutôt coriace et l'aligot qui l'accompagnait quasiment immangeable (un pot de colle fabriqué avec de la purée mousseline et un fromage pasteurisé insipide?). L'aligot peut être un plat délicieux, ce qui m'a été servi était franchement mauvais. Pâtisserie très ordinaire.
Le petit déjeuner était certes copieux (charcuterie et fromages) mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à trouver des produits locaux savoureux: ici, on sert du bas de gamme à grande échelle et les gens défilent pour ne plus revenir... A éviter absolument!

Stay in 2 nights on the Money hotel during the trail of Aubrac, and not as a pilgrim or a walker.
Happy to be accommodated in a village hotel as well isolated (blinds with all the windows, so phonically isolated. Therefore sleeping well. Rich gastronomy (cheese EF sausage with the small dej). Family home that " dépote". Congratulations to the owners. An address!

We are back on the plateaux clearly Lozère. At the Country House Family where we will place with the Hotel "Le Bastide" and will take evening meals in their restaurant " The "Money Road ". Pilgrims who walk to Saint Jacques de Compostelle mix with the locals and tourists. There are places where people of various sources and origins mix with and talk each other serenity while nothing predisposed them to do it... Nasbinals is those. L'Hôtel "Le Bastide" is one of these relaxing places and ressourçants where we liked to find yourself. The decoration of the rooms recently renovated is in osmoses in local colours mix of granite and rock. "La Route d'Argent" is the restaurant where pilgrims, summer tourists and locals meet. I do not know no one another place where you serve, number, boarders and people from passage, dilettantes where, on the menu where, in a time reasonable. And friendly... Enjoy the piece of beef accompanied by Aligot! A special mention to waiters and waitresses and ladies in charge of bookings. Good quality/price ratio.
