Restaurant of traditional cuisine made in family in a room with the neat and warm decoration.
In a room with a neat and warm decoration, you will be served in selected crockery a traditional cooking, composed of the great classics of Aubrac: grilled beef, truffade and, of course, the aligot. The plate of cheeses from Aubrac is very representative. For dessert, a delicious chestnut cake. A family cuisine, made in family to delight the papillae of the greatest number. Alain and Paulette Gabrillargues love to entertain and you can feel it! Pilgrims on their way to Compostela are also welcome.

Carte des vins de la région magnifique, des produits régionaux excellents, des plats succulents, bien présentés et copieux. Merci beaucoup pour cet agréable moment dans un super décor.
La carte est simple, ce qui est bon signe, et les assiettes soignées et bien garnies. Et c'est bon ! Le prix reste correcte. Un vaste parking est situé à proximité. Pour info, la bière dite locale est faite près de saint Geniez d'Olt. C'est dans la vallée du Lot, ce n'est plus vraiment l'Aubrac. De plus , cette bière est plutôt fade, notée 9/20 par "Que choisir"...
