BIKING FARM

She has a Master's Degree in Finance and he is a mountain bike instructor and guide. In 2018, they set up a sustainable agriculture farm in Les Bondons, in the heart of the Cévennes. A gîte, fitted out in the old hay barn, welcomes holidaymakers. The table d'hôtes is fed directly from the vegetable garden and from neighbouring producers. As for leisure activities, Jean-Philippe accompanies his guests on the roads and paths of the Cévennes on two wheels: mountain bikes, gravel bikes and electrically assisted bikes. On the farm, Élise offers fruit processing workshops (jams, sorbets, coulis).
