LE POULAILLER DES CÉVENNES

Catherine and Jean-Marie Causse settled above the French valley in the heart of the Cevennes National Park in 1994: since then, they have been constantly developing their activities for the rearing of sheep and poultry and for reception on the farm. They sell foie gras, but also duck conflict, breasts aux, chestnut bars… Go to the farm to discover their products or to the house of the Land of Quissac, at the Direct in Alès, among the Peasants, in Florac.
