Comfortable family hotel with tastefully decorated rooms in Bédouès-Cocurès.
In this family hotel, a "small Lozère", with a renovated facade, which Pierrette Agulhon has marked with her paw, it is good to discover how far Lozère comfort can go. The rooms, decorated with care, are an alliance of chestnut or pine wood and warm fabrics of very good taste; a thousand details make them welcoming, from the flowers on the table to the milk jug for breakfast. These arrangements have been carried out with respect for the environment: natural materials, rainwater recuperator, plate boiler, organic cleaning products... At the bar with its colourful furniture, in the lounge or in the garden, you will be able to meditate at your leisure on an excellent wine list (300 references selected by the hostess, a renowned sommelier, who will surprise you with Mas Conscience). The plate is very decorated and flowery with as an appetizer: roasted and marinated vegetables, piperade toast and grilled sardines, then grandmother Julie's cod panade with garlic cream and potatoes.
