LA BASTIDE EN MARGERIDE

Built in 1891, this beautiful house overlooking the valley is home to a traditional family restaurant. It's a story of good produce, homemade dishes and inspirations from both the region and further afield (Asian, Creole, Madagascan). A menu of cocktails, including Manon's gin and violet syrup cocktail or barbapapa, offers a further opportunity to enjoy the place and its exceptional panorama.
