LE DOMAINE DU CHAPITRE

This area, characteristic of the Languedoc wine architecture, is located in the centre of the village of Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone. On site, you discover the old cellar where the wine was high in a scar of 200 hl. The cellar was renovated in 2002. From its roof you can see the Cathedral of Maguelone with Great Blue as a backdrop. In a vineyard of 35 ha, the traditional grape varieties of the region (Syrah, Merlot, Grenache…), as well as recent varietal creations such as the Marselan, the Caladoc, the Chasan, are the originality of the range of wine in the Chapter. Perfectly adapted to the land and Mediterranean climate, they allow to focus the aromatic quality on the whites and the rosé, and the power over the reds.
