Traditional cuisine and tapas in a charming hotel-restaurant in Valras-Plage.
Taken over by Serge and Valérie Pérez on March 1, 2014, this modern and charming hotel and restaurant with its nine refurbished and restored rooms guarantees you a warm welcome. On the restaurant side, the Chalet looks more like straw huts with its fresh and very maritime decoration. On the menu, you will have the choice between two types of formulas, on the one hand a traditional cuisine with many specialities such as the parillada of fish and seafood... On the other hand, tapas formulas (land or sea dishes of your choice composed of 5 portions) to taste with friends accompanied by a fine selection of regional wines. For the daily menu, the menu is constantly changing and contains the traditional ones: starter, main course and dessert. This is the last chalet in Valras, facing the sea, a little off-centre. An address that we highly recommend!
