Fish market and restaurant offering fresh products and gourmet dishes

L'Ôdacieuse is the temple of the sea in Valras. Both a fishmonger's and a restaurant, the establishment encourages tasting on the spot via gourmet plates and also concocts beautiful platters of shellfish full of freshness, to take away. In a pretty seaside atmosphere, with a decoration worthy of a fishing hut, the team is busy making pots and beautiful compositions. Good, fresh and copious. Reservation more than recommended!

Pour les fêtes de Noël, nous avons pu tester les plats à emporter. Les huitres étaient ultra fraiches et excellents comme d'habitude. La lotte et gambas (décortiquées) à l'armoricaine avec PdeT fondantes un vrai régal et des portions généreuses. La salade de saumon gravelax et crevettes parfaite aussi. Bravo à toute l'équipe.

Plateau à emporter pour les fêtes. Malgré le flux personnel très dynamique. Marchandises au top très très bon rapport qualité prix seul bémol les bulots pas assez cuits mais au vu du reste pas important ????
