After the good times in St-Gely-du-Fesc, the former pastry chef of the Jardin de Sens moved to Teyran. For the pleasure of the taste buds, he prepares a range of delicacies that changes with each season. Breads, pastries, macaroons, desserts: Lionel Hautbois is constantly innovating! We particularly appreciate its varieties of special breads such as dried fruit, cranberry, apricot and pistachio breads, as well as the head-turning desserts with their bright colours and original flavours (strawberry-passion, pineapple praline pecan...). During the holidays, the pastry chef creates a showcase to make people salivate. It's a pleasure for the eyes and for the stomach. We're cracking up!

It's not just a name, it's a promise. Taken over by two people from Lorraine a few years ago, this bakery has since benefited from excellent word-of-mouth: service, delicacies, prices... The echoes are all positive, and rightly so! Sweet delights are available in pastries, individual pastries, desserts and other brioches. In the shop window, you can salivate in front of their almond croissants, puff pastry buns, snails with grapes, lemon meringue pies, tropezienne, brownies, etc.. Special mention for their delicious pure butter croissant, gold medalist at the Hérault Gourmand 2019/2020 competition. Less traditional specialities keep these best-sellers company: biscuit from Lorraine, cinnamon schneck (a brioche pastry speciality with pastry cream and cinnamon), kouglof... As for savoury food lovers, they can discover the Mauricette oriental, a pretzel with green olives and raz el hanout, or devour poultry-borilla pâté and cottage cheese tart.
