Natural and local are Nathalie's watchwords. She makes jams in the traditional way, by hand, as our elders used to do, with fruit and vegetables coming mostly from her garden, from her parents' garden and from local producers. No preservatives, flavours or colourings! On the vegetable side, spreads, vegetable purées, eggplant caviar, soups. On the sweet side, fruit purées, quince pastes, cookies, shortbread, etc.
