Hotel-restaurant where the chefs offer a cuisine of identity based on quality products.

In a magnificent residence, Nadège and Gérard Blet offer you a cuisine with an "identity" based on quality products from identified producers. Thus the olive oil, tapenade and olives come from the Oulibo in Bize-Minervois, the cheeses from the Combebelle goat farm in Bize-Minervois and the truffles from the Villeneuve-Minervois market... Not forgetting of course the local vintages which are highlighted. The menus vary according to the seasonal market and remain highly gastronomic. On the hotel side, eleven tastefully decorated rooms are available.

Bel endroit calme et reposant. Le Spa est très bien tenu. Les massages (Argentina) sont exceptionnelles dans une ambiance très zen. Les chambres décorées avec goût. Le dîner lui aussi était très agréable avec des produits frais et une cuisine raffinée présentés et servis par les propriétaires des lieux. Le service à table était parfait et bravo au chef. Petit bemol d'où mes 4 étoiles...
La piscine n'est pas du tout au niveau des lieux.

Endroit qui a beaucoup de charme, bonne table mais 20 à 25% trop cher : petite chambre avec très petite salle de douche 165€, petit déjeuner bien mais pas exceptionnel 20€, etc. A noter, petit jardin très joli où il est agréable de diner sous les arbres, très bon cuisinier.
