Pas de plateau d'accueil dans la chambre (bouilloire, café...).
A la réception, pas de machine distributeur ou machine à café etc.
Bar fermé (sous effectif ?).
Le petit-déjeuner est à 14e, pas assez de choix pour ce tarif.
Les boissons du mini-bar dans la chambre sont hors de prix.
Accueil un peu froid, pas beaucoup d'informations données (mais disponibles dans un cahier dans la chambre).
Les arrêts minute étaient tous pris à notre arrivée et le parking n'étant pas indiqué, impossible de s'arrêter et nous avons dû tourner et nous garer ailleurs, pas très pratique.
Possibilité de laisser sa voiture quelques heures après avoir rendu la chambre (mais 19e/jour pour le parking, attention l'entrée est exiguë).
Route très bruyante côté canal (mais centre-ville donc s'y attendre).

L'hôtel est très bien situé !
Il est très bien décoré, l'immeuble est absolument magnifique.
La salle du petit-déjeuner est magnifique aussi.
nous avons eu la chance de trouver une chambre dans ce super hôtel avec un vrai cachet.
Un patio exceptionnel.
Un accueil très agréable,chambre très propre et très bien décorée.
Le personnel de l’accueil est à l’écoute et très sympathique.
Nous avons vraiment passées un très beau séjour.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
