Restaurant located in the city centre of Sète, by the canal, offering fresh pasta and Italian products.

Small Italian address installed along the quay, here Thomas is a specialist of fresh home-made pasta. The welcome is warm, the atmosphere friendly and the menu is regularly renewed. As for the Mediterranean flavors, we start with some antipasti. Then you can enjoy a creamy risotto with fried octopus or tuna tataki, lasagna with porcini cream and smoked duck breast or a dish of gnocchi with gorgonzola cheese. For dessert, we opt for profiteroles and finish with a small limoncello.

Le carpacio de boeuf est servi badigeonné d’une sauce tomate et balsamique acide et si froid qu’il n’a aucun gout. Voyant que l’assiette a ete qu’a moitié consommee, la serveur demande comment etait le plat. A la réponse « décevant », elle tourne les talons sans chercher a en savoir plus et disant bien fort « et bien vous êtes bien les seuls ». Je suis d’avis que quand on pose une question sur un plat qu’on a servi, il faut être capable d’entre la réponse. Est vraiment mon intention de venir dans un restaurant et en laisser la moitié pour le plaisir? Par ailleurs, pas sur que les courgettes au thon soient bien fraîches…
