A few steps away from the fish market, in a marine setting, Fouzia offers a cuisine based on freshly caught products. Every morning, she navigates between the market and the fish market to choose what she will cook a few hours later: cuttlefish rouille, fish soup, mackerel, sardines in escabeche, marinated sea bream, stuffed squid or even macaroni from the sea.
