La consigne is a restaurant located in Sète, suggesting a tasty and artisanal cuisine, served with attention.

A few steps from the port, we start in this pretty address with some freshness of the sea: sardines nems, ceviche of royal sea bream or eggplant pickles. We go on to enjoy a whole grilled sea bass, a fisherman's pot (sea bream, monkfish and prawns), an octopus chili or even a veal tomahawk. For dessert, we melt over an artisanal ice cream, a soft chocolate with salted butter caramel or a very famous frozen nougat with apricots, almonds and figs. The plates are set up with care, the cuisine is tasty and the service is attentive.

Arrivés à la toute fin du service, nous avons pourtant été fort bien accueillis et conseillés. Un déjeuner copieux et goûteux, on sent que tout est fait maison avec des produits locaux de qualité. Cadre agréable c'est un plus.
