Paradiso is a pizzeria with an open kitchen and a smiling welcome, where you can enjoy pizzas with generous poultry toppings.
While strolling along the quai de la Résistance, you can walk up to the green front of this small address to fill up on tielles, the local star, the unavoidable gourmet speciality of the Ile singulière. From the counter, you can see the kitchen and the oven just behind. The welcome is smiling. In front of the tielles, you choose your size, individual part or to share in two, in four... It all depends if you can wait to devour it. The octopus topping is generous, we enjoy it. We can also opt for a pizza.

Paradiso pour ma fille, elle adore.
Inchangé depuis des décennies ! The tielle de Sète
pourquoi ? tout simplement parce que la pâte a cette saveur particulière à base de tomate, et qu'elle ressemble presque à une structure de couches de sablés crépitants qui donne à la pizza une sensation croustillante unique.
Alors Tielle ou pas Tielle, telle est la question. Mais sans aucune hésitation, j'irais là-bas, les achèterais tous les deux et prendrais un verre de vin blanc local…. et vous serez simplement épanoui et « plénitude »…. il suffit de regarder la Méditerranée.

Looking for the most amazing Tielles in Sete, among all the other ones, this one is particular, as they do not just Tielles, but Pizza based with the Tielle dough. it results in the most insane pizza style I’ve ever had. the Anchovy and tomato one OMG.
why? simply because the dough has that particular tomato based flavor, as well as it’s almost like a shortbread crackling layers structure that gives the pizza a unique crunchy sensation.
So Tielle or not Tielle, this is the question. But without any hesitation, I would go there, buy both of them and have a glass of local white wine…. and you’ll simply get fulfilled and ‘plenitude’ …. just watch the mediterranée.
