Le Saigon is located just a few steps from the halls and away from cars, in a lively street of the city where it is good to relax on the terrace in the evenings where the sweetness reigns. It is already a very good asset for this restaurant with Vietnamese and Thai specialties. The kitchen is honest, you can enjoy a very good Bo Bun with beef or chicken, as well as a Pho soup for Vietnam specialities. Other dishes include: the Thai pad, pork specialities, beef, duck, frog legs, shrimp, squid cooked with lemongrass, curry, saté, ginger… accompanied by rice. As well as sautéed noodles with pork, beef or chicken. Note the vegetarian dishes with various tofus, caramel, ginger, saté… The small room that breathes the nature with its open kitchen is always full, it's mostly a regular clientele. The bill is light, we are happy!

La propriétaire fait de bons plats et cuit les viandes au dernier moment pour finaliser le plat.
Comme mon préféré, le canard à l ananas, rosé ou plus cuit, à la demande, avec des épices, de bons parfums..
C savoureux, sympa et très abordable niveau prix.
Menu le midi peu couteux, très bien et je trouve que le reste de la carte est bien aussi.

Le service est correct et les prix sont raisonnables
Donc c'est une bonne adresse si vous êtes en centre ville
