A Sète institution, this starred restaurant puts the land at the center of its table by giving pride of place to the culinary treasures of the area. In a design and artistic atmosphere, you can appreciate the kitchen open to the room. Chef Denis Martin and his brigade bring Mediterranean flavors and local recipes to life, such as this red tuna smoked with garrigue herbs, horseradish and vinegar condiment, marinated ventrèche, and a strong juice with dried bonito. An 8-course menu "in the eyes of the chef" is offered to the most demanding gourmets. A delicious experience!
