Founded in 1935, the winery's vineyards extend over 4 communes and bring together the production of 180 winegrowers. A geological diversity of soils and a maritime microclimate characterize the wines, which can be discovered in the brand-new, modern and welcoming cellar. Gift ideas include the cuvée Vermeil du Crès, AOP Languedoc and dry muscat or a white chardonnay. Work has been done with a historian to promote wine tourism through discovery walks.

This vineyard turned to olives in 2002. The first olive grove was planted at that time, with the predominant varieties being the olive tree, the lucques and the picholine. In the following years, the plantations were continued and the varieties were enriched. Nowadays, there are also clermontaise, aglandau, cornicabra and amellau, a particularly interesting variety for confectionery with its typical rose taste. Three "French olive oils" are produced as well as table olives.

The Caterer at the Régal des Cédrines offers you the know-how and culinary skills of his team for any private or professional event. On the menu: paella, stuffed mussels, macaronades, fideoa and many other dishes will be developed according to your desires.
