fidèle depuis des années, très déçue par une coiffeuse, qui m'a dit que j'avais été très désagréable au téléphone la veille. Qu"elle aimerait parfois avoir un enregistreur pour que les client puissent entendre ce qu'ils disent. Elle était à la limite de l'insulte (devant mes enfants....qui en étaient malades par la suite) Aucune intervention de la part du gérant ...à part..: ça commence mal de beau matin (comme s'il était habitué.
Je précise que je suis restée calme et gardé mon sang froid.
