CHATEAU LA SAUVAGEONNE

The terroir of Saint-Jean-de-la-Blaquière on schist slopes dominates the Hérault valley. It is one of the most interesting in Languedoc. We like the cuvée les Ruffes, Terrasse du Larzac, an intense ruby red, powerful and intense nose; in the mouth, mellow aromas, a little floral, a beautiful balance and a beautiful substance.
