This olive grove is owned by Mr. Gaillard since the winter of 2017. This oil enthusiast has taken over the operation with a certain talent and the firm will to continue the qualitative work of the creator of the place. Still installed on the original 18 hectares, the 4,000 trees continue to deliver their treasures. Olivière, aglandau, négrette and picholine share the land. Here, everything is managed, from the manual harvest to the crushing carried out in a small mill of the latest generation. The result is rich and delicate monovarietal oils.
