The Domaine du Pas de l'Escalette extends over limestone scree terraces nestled at an altitude of 350 metres, at the foot of the Larzac plateau. Visitors can explore the vineyards and taste the wines produced on site. The estate also has a store where visitors can buy the wines.

Nestled at the foot of the Larzac plateau, Domaine du Pas de l'Escalette is a hidden gem of the Languedoc. Cultivated with passion by Julien and Delphine Zernott, the 20 hectares of terraced vineyards, surrounded by low dry stone walls known as "clapas", benefit from a unique microclimate at an altitude of 350 meters. The east/west exposure of the plots gives the wines remarkable freshness and fruitiness. The "Ze rozé" rosé, a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan, seduces with its elegance and liveliness. It's a festive wine, elegant and thirst-quenching, ideal for special occasions.
