Laurent Rosalie is a trained chef. After working in a number of restaurants in the Biterrois region and elsewhere, he sharpened his knives and took over the bar in the center of the village of Portiragnes. In a family atmosphere, his restaurant offers elaborate modern cuisine. You'll find goat's cheese, coriander and hazelnut pasta, duck breast with raspberry sauce, beef tataki (his specialty) or a chef's burger whose composition changes according to the season. For dessert: chocolate moelleux. There are also options for those with gluten intolerance.
