One last address on Murviel. The domain of Saumarez (10 ha) was bought in 2004 by Liz and Robin Williamson. This wine-growing enthusiast conducts its vineyard with respect for the environment and harvesting is manual. To taste: its rosé Fleur de Liz and the red syrah and fry.
